First grow need help

Hey guys can really use some help here. Im new to growing and have my first plants going. I had three and lost one to mold after trying to save it with the baking soda and water solution but it was to late. RIP. However i have one auto lemon and one krippleberry going. They are both 55 days but the lemon still has the white pastils going and like very little to no bud. It was going great then all of a sudden bam it slowed way down and is going slow. Im worried i stunted it really bad because a fan lead got pinched when i closed my grow setup and it tore the end off but that was when it was only a couple weeks it was about 7-8 inches then and now 16 but im doing lst. The other colas are way smaller but are growing....slowly. i know the seed bank said 60-70 days but im letting it go another week or two. But ot has already lost the very bottom leaves that were just a single fan and just the other day the next set withered and fell off and now the next set is withering (leaves with 3 fans) im just worried is it starting to die or whats going on the one that is withering now has two holes in it like something ate it but it popped out of nowhere i mean literally an hour. Can post a picture in a little. I also used miracle grow soil and with food. Nothing else done besides lst which is is doing great. Im afraid i wasted this crop. Can someone please help me i cant afford to lose these.
