First fox farms grow

This is my first grow I started my plants in fox farms happy frog soil. When they are ready to be transplanted I'm going to put them in 5 gallon buckets in ffof. I'm also using the fox farms trio. I read somewhere that if you use fox farms ocean forest that you don't have to add nutes until after 3 weeks. So say my plants are in the happy frog soil for 2 weeks and I transplant them into the ffof. After the 3 weeks is up would I go to the 5th week in the feeding schedule or would I start at the first week? Also when my plants go into the first week of veg is that when I start the first week of nutrients or do I start the first week of nutes the first week that my plants started? I'm using the fox farms trio.
