First attempt at growing indoors, Auto flowering seeds and LED light!

So the strains I am growing are:
1x Auto Masszar 19% THC - <70 Days
1 x Auto Sour Melon Mass-20% THC - <70 - 80 Days

For my setup I have:
One 180watt LED Light
One 80cm x 80cm x 160cm Tent with reflective interior (Made by Black Orchid)
One Extraction fan (carbon filter)
Two Ducting Clips for the carbon filter
One Second Clip On Fan by Mini-Whisper
One Axial-Flo Fan

I Started on the 20th June 2017
I intent to Harvest 2nd September 2017

20th June: Planted my seeds into my slightly moist soil with the pointed end of the seed facing up

23rd June: Was very excited to see my plants growing, sprouted 3 days in.

27th June: 7 days in I noticed they were getting a bit tall for there age so I lowered my light but other than that all was well, my plants had grown two sucker leaves along with the start of two smooth leaves to follow the sucker leaves!

30th June: My seedlings were starting to become a bit stringy so I lowered my light once more so it twas 45cm away from my 3 plants.
My plants have grown two nice sized leaves between the sucker leaves.

10th July: Both the Sour Melon Mass and the Masszar look healthy and happy!

14th July: Both plants are growing various stems and are taking off on a growth spurt! I have just been watering with water so far but intend to start nutrients a day or two before the 20th of July!

31st July: Its been around 2weeks now and I have brought a new camera so my picture quality is better! The girls are both extremely happy and have grown no end! I wish I took a picture about a week ago but now I know for next time! they have been fed twice with nutrients at this point (both times flushed with water afterwards) and they have started to flower as you can see, the auto sour melon mass slightly slower but both are going swell!
