I have gone to the same Medical Clinic (Shingle Springs Tribal health Rancheria) for about 15 years. The last visit resulted in me stating that Marijuana has been very beneficial to my condition and that I doubted I would ever quit it's use. This resulted in me getting a letter telling me they were no longer going to be able to provide service to me. I have been on opiates for all that time and it is virtually impossible to find a doctor that will prescribe pain medication to replace my doctor with. I was just trying to be honest with her (Dr.Kimble) but since she is operating at a federally funded facility she felt she could not continue prescribing while I was on hemp. Actually, I want to tapper down off all opiates and only us hemp to deal with the pain but if it does not afford me the mobility I anticipate, it will be ever so hard to get anyone to restart the opiates that to date have been a real blessing regardless of the stigma associated with them. I hate being addicted to anything, however I hate being laid up and immobile even worse. I really do hope the Circuit Court of appeals in Washington does the right thing but it is almost unrealistic to think they would start doing the right thing now...they are not governed by logic unfortunately. You gotta love these guys for trying though.. Kirt
