Not sure about sources Magnus, but here's some strains we've had good results with for my wife's Rheumatoid arthritis pain.

AK-47 - good quick pain relief
Blue Dream... pretty good for pain... creeps
Violator Kush - makes her cough, kills the pain.
Blaze - Wife loves it, I'm 50/50 on it..

We are currently enjoying some Blue Dream... if I could grow, that would be my first seeds.
