I soaked in newspaper shred, some bone and blood meal, Like a half a tsp of blood, and maybe 2tsp of bone meal, using aquarium h2o some seeds of a decent strand, produces a good long high. Not much munchies to. though by the time I was given the flowers, they had been fairly dry. I as well as the newspaper shreds, used some fibers of Coconut.
