You just need
a 5 gallon bucket with a lid
a 6 or 8" desk or clip on fan, base removed
a 1/4" drill bit and drill
a tube of silicone seal
2 solid odor blocks. I like the linen scent, but there is lemon/citrus, too.

All you do is

1) remove the front cage of the fan. Use it as a template to cut a circle in the lid.
2) put a thick bead of silicone seal on the outside of the opening
3) set the fan face down into the seal and leave overnight
4) drill ventilation holes around the bucket, about the middle third, maybe three alrenating rows
5) drop two solid odor control disks in the bottom.
6) Assemble, plug in, and you are good to go!
