So when its all said and done you weigh out the cured bud and then divide the gram weight against the 418 watts to see how many grams per watt you get. That's speaking in terms of efficiency and more less just judging the light. Id say maybe see if you can find others online posting grams per watt for that particular lamp to have an idea how you did.
