Canna Montana's Healing Cream

Here are a few pics I snapped of the herbal aromatherapy body crème. I ended up adding an aloe infused coconut oil to the crème. I also added some Herbal E/O to the crème for healing purposes and for the wonderful aroma. After I cooled it the first time, the consistency was kind of heavy and greasy. I reheated the crème and whipped it it in a bowl over a bag of ice. The texture is amazing, and the feel isn't so greasy.

The hand Cream I made started with Sue's recipe. It works well by itself, but the inquisitive side in me made me want to see if I could add beneficial ingredients to help with certain ailments.

The way I infused the aloe powder into the coconut oil is similar to how I make cannabutter. I took the aloe and dissolved it in water. 2 tsp aloe to 2c. Water. That was put in a small croc pot on warm. Then I added the coconut oil. 8 tbsp. I let it stay on warm overnight. I strained the mix the best I could in a coffee filter. Then put the mix in the fridge to cool and seperate.

The next morning I took the mix out. The top is the aloe infused coconut oil, the bottom is water. I used a warm butter knife to scrape the edges so I could slide out the coconut puck.

Added 2 Tbsp of the coconut aloe oil to the cream mix from Sue. Then I added another 2 tbsp of beeswax, and the E/O I wanted. Let it melt together.

Then I put the mix in a glass bowl and set it on a bag of ice to cool the mix quickly while I blended it to get it fluffy.

If you have any questions about this, just ask away. I'll be happy to help!
