My brother has a severe herniated disc in his back and uses up to a half ounce of medicinal marijuana a day. I grow his 6 mature plants and 12 immature plants for him but he stills goes through it and ends up going to the dispensary which is a lot of money. My question is does anyone know if there is a legal way to grow more plants for personnel use I think 10 plants would be enough for him between harvest's but I know that's 4 more than the legal limit. I have heard about doctor's giving grow license's but I know they are just scams and bear no legal meaning. Any advice would be much appreciated. I live in Orange County CA.
Can you grow more than the legal limit for personal use?
