Can I Coco Like That?

Hello 420Mag, this is my first official post on here. All of the threads I have been reading over the past 6 months or so have been amazingly helpful so I decided to make a profile so I can ask questions of my own now. This one has to do with coco. I just completed my first grow in Budda Organic Soil with 40% or so perlite, neem seed, kelp meal added to each pot before transplanting all under a 1000w HPS light and it turned out amazing. Being a plant biologist I came into this with a slight advantage being that I know plants pretty well at this point in my studies. However, if there is one thing I learned is that growing cannabis requires cannabis specific knowledge and I think the more I read, the better I will become.

For this next grow I want to change it up. I try to live a completely carbon neutral and environmentally sustainable life. Growing in peat moss based soils (an unsustainable medium), combined with perlight (a mined volcanic rock also highly unsustainable) and using massive amounts of electricity do not really fit. For my next grow I am switching to Coco Coir and either a Kind K3 L450 LED or a G9 450 LED with the 90 W red flowering light. I will list my specific questions so they can be answered in any order you all see fit, can't wait to hear what all of you OGs come up with.

1. Which light set up do you think with be better in a 4x4x6.5 tent?
2. What Nutrients will work best for Coco Coir? I want to stay all organic and have heard good things about Earth Juice but am not 100% sure.
3. What is the best schedule for hand watering? I don't have the ability to set up a drip system just yet and can only hand water. Should I water multiple times a day or just 1? Do you use nutrient water each time or every other time?
4. What should I add to the mix? I am going to use Rice Hull instead of perlite but what else should I add to the coco? I was thinking of putting worm castings and neem seed/alfalfa to each mix before adding the plants. Is this a good idea? If so what ratio?
5. I have heard that Coco lacks heavily on Calcium, Magnesium, and Iron as well as some being heavy in salt. What is the best brand of Coco? How do I correct for the deficiencies?
6. How long should I veg and flower with coco? I was thinking 4 to 5 week veg with 8 to 9 weeks of flower?
7. What kind of yields can be expected with coco? My next round of plants will consist of 2 Pineapple Express, 1 Chronic Thunder, and 1 Northern Lights X Big Bud. I am hoping to get 4 ounces dry out of each plant. Is this realistic?

Thanks again y'all!!
