Bubble bag water

I just made some bubble wondering if watering with it would be good for my girls???if so should I use it in compost teas I make as the base water and add nutes to break it down ??? Has anyone done this with noticeable results?? Or is it more benifical to add to my compost pile for later use ....I am an organic only gardener
