Bad time with SH Hydroponics customer service (Pete)

I made an order on 10/7/2011 @ 11:53am. I waited until 10/10/2011 @ 4:05pm for a tracking number (that I did not get). I called and got Pete on the phone explained why I was calling for a tracking number. He started out by telling that the address on my card did not match my billing address. I told him that I find that hard to belive , because it is a debet bank card and they don't have a problem in mailing out my bank statements. Pete said that if I called the number on the back card that they (the Bank) would tell me that the address is not the same. So I did with Pete on the other phone (cell). Anthony with my bank card representative told me that I would have tell him the address that I have. I did and he (Anthony) said that this is what the bank shows. So this is the the 1st LIE (Pete). Now on to the 2nd LIE (Pete). Pete then told that he sent me an email on 10/7/2011 telling about the address problem (that was a lie and not the problem). NOW THIS IS THE PART THAT PISSES ME OFF THE MOST. THAT LITTLE ASSHOLE WAS LAUGHING THE HOLE TIME ON THE PHONE ALONG WITH SOMEONE IN THE BACKGROUND. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope others read this before they waste there time in calling SH Hydroponics.
