It didn't occur to me at the time that by baking these at 375 I was vaporizing the THC. Don't repeat my mistake. Change it to 325 and bake them longer. The cookies were tasty, but barely psychoactive. A waste of limited stores of cannabutter.

An easier to read version:

Lavender Cookies

In a blender, on low speed, combine 2 eggs and between 40-80 lavender leaves. Blend until the leaves are finely chopped. The more leaves the more pronounced the "cinnamon" taste.

Cream together 1/2 cup butter (think cannabutter :battingeyelashes:) and 1 cup sugar. After it's nice and creamy add the egg mixture and blend well.

Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Sift the flour mix into the wet ingredients and mix well.

Drop by teaspoons onto an untreated cookie sheets. Give them lots of space, they like to spread out.

Bake in the oven at 375*F for 10-12 minutes, or until they begin to brown on the edges. These cookies are slightly green in color from the leaves. The addition of cannabutter will simply enhance that. The taste is reminiscent of cinnamon. You'll be surprised when you try them. They melt in the mouth and it's still true that it's difficult to get ahead of demand. The smell of these in the house brought everyone running! Lol!

AngryBird, this thread caused a cascade of the most wonderful memories. I can't thank you enough for the inspiration.
