I saw today a 65w CFL that puts out 4200 lumens by sylvania as well as a 42w Ecobulb that has 2800 lumens. I have read a few grow journels in here I have not seen anyone using a 200 watt equivelent cfl. So i have to ask I should I buy the biggest. I will just be using this to germ/veg before flowering under 400hps. Was thinking 1 bulb per plant x 4 plants.
