My 1st grow room was our bedroom in San Diego, we used 400 hps light, we grew in potting mix, the best one that was available $16 per bag, I added 2 tablespoons of a tomato boost stuff, that came in a red tomato shaped container, I mixed that in with the dirt, then added another 2 inches of dirt on top, then put my clones in. and filled up the sides.
They were too deep, so I just added soil on top of the old level of the top of the clone, just ground out recently you do what with seedlings, to encourage extra root development, didn't know that when I did this grow though..
We watered once a week, and feed hydro nuts once a week. Got spider mites, and I abused the plants something wicked, but the seemed to love it, we grew 2 Blueberry hogsbreath 2oz dried each. 2 Headband 3oz and 3.5 oz and 2 Purpo both 4oz each.
I just looked at pictures this is actually the secomd grow, but the 1st grow was in the same place, just different plants
That red circled plant was a sour diesel, sh e had to prop the pot on a box to get it higher under the light. it ended up having well over 1 oz of the nicest smoke.
These we the clones for the second grow, just under a normal cheap growlight, cost $10 and that little house they are in, was a very cheap plastic house, we got from some hareware store about $25 I think, we put a second black plastic covering over the 1st one, I'm pretty sure it had 2 or 3 layers, but we took them out.
Can't think of anything else. This was about 2 years or more ago now, and a stroke has taken out a lot of my good memories.
