Can anyone please tell me how to lower potting soil PPM. I have mosly Fox Farm ocean forrest but to top off the 4" pots I used some Basement and now my PPM is 1600. The clones are very small, maybe 4" tall. I just potted them from clones yesterday and just got around to testing the soil.

I'm using general organics exactly as says on label.
Should I just use water here on out, and if so what PH for this condition?
