Have a 2x2x2 veg cabinet w/2 23watt cfl 5100k 1950 lumens per light started bag seed germinating had good success with paper towel method. Moved seedlings into seed starter soil, then into cabinet. 14 solo cups, have 5 that broke through got 3 quick sets of leaves all stacked up, 1 week later...
