I have 3 Swiss cheese autos that are 8 wks old and still not flowering. Is this normal? Using 4x4' blue white T-5's and 250 watt full spec. HPS at 18/6 until now. Just changed to 12/12 to see if that works. All and any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Newbie here: I've read that auto's typically bud within 4 wks or so. Mine (Swiss cheese) are going into their 8th week with no sign of going into the next phase. Lights 18/6 blue T-5's and 250 watt full spec. HPS. Should I be doing something diff? Thanks for any help.
