peace my follow smokers and smoketts,is there anyone out there that has grown plants in the hydrophonic grow kit and if so what was your biggest yield?this is my first time and i hear it produces a big yield at a shorter time then soil.

i have a ? for the people that grow by way of hydrophonics.1.can some one please give a good indoor hydro grow box kit suppler? 2.do you use led or the traditional lighting. this is my first time using the hydrophonics way and i want to have the right equipment.
