Does anybody no about feeding sugars to plants that are organically growing outdoors in soil? does it affect taste? does it help trichome production? Does pineapple juice work?when should you feed them? during flower if so what stage? please help

Just wondering about feeding my plants some unsweetened pineapple juice.They are outdoors in week three of flower. I have heard it helps with tricome production as well as taste??please help with quick response.. Mr Gardenseed,what do u think?
