The North Dakota Department of Health Division of Medical Marijuana is releasing its draft dispensary application.
You can apply for multiple dispensary regions but you can only hold one registration certificate.
A panel will review completed applications, then evaluate, score and select those eligible for registration.
There’s a 5 thousand dollar nonrefundable application fee. A deadline has not yet been decided.
