The first medical marijuana dispensary in Franklin County is scheduled to Monday afternoon.
This will be Patriot Care’s third location serving patients in Massachusetts, and the facility will open Monday in the former American Legion Hall.
Patriot Care’s other locations in Massachusetts are in Lowell and Boston, which both opened in 2016.
Registered patients will be able to visit the dispensary seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The CEO of Patriot Care, Bob Mayerson told 22News that a wide range of products will be available, depending on desire and need.
Mayerson said flowers, vape oils, and edibles will all be sold at the Greenfield location.
Patriot Care said they decided to build this third location in Greenfield because they believe Franklin County residents would benefit the most having a dispensary in their community.
