Ingredients
• ½ cup/120 ml MagicalButter
• 2 cups/475 ml hot sauce
• 2 teaspoons/10 ml kosher salt
• 4 small cloves garlic, minced
How To
1. Place the ingredients into your MagicalButter machine, and secure the head.
2. Press the Temperature button, and select 160°F/71°C; then press the 1 Hour/Oil button.
3. After the cycle is complete, unplug the unit at the outlet, and remove the head of the appliance. Pour your Mile-High Wing Sauce into a storage container, serve, and enjoy!
