Barramundi with Garlic Herb Sauce

Ingredients
Garlic Herb Sauce:
• 60ML MagicalButter
• 2-4 Shallots Minced
• 1 Tablspoon Garlic
• ¼ Cup White Wine
• 1 Cup Homemade Chicken Broth
• ¼ Cup Heavy Cream
• 1 Tablespoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning
• Zest of a Lime
• 10-15 Fresh Basil Leaves
Barramundi Fish:
• 45ML MagicalButter
• ½ Teaspoon Hot Paprika
• ½ Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
How To
1. Heat 60 ML MagicalButter on Med-High Heat
2. Add 2-4 Shallots Minced, 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Let simmer 3-4 minutes or until it’s a nice golden brown.
3. Then Add ¼ Cup White Wine.
4. Add Mixture to your MagicalButter machine, include 1 Cup Homemade Chicken Broth, ¼ Cup Heavy Cream, 1 Tablespoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning, The Zest of a Lime & 10-15 Fresh Basil Leaves.
5. Place the head onto your machine. Set your temperature to 130°F and your time for 1-hour.
6. Heat 45ML MagicalButter on Med-High Heat.
7. Coat Fish with ½ Teaspoon Hot Paprika & ½ Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning.
8. Saute’ 4-6 Minutes, place on a bed of spinach, pour over your Garlic Herb Sauce and serve.
