Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup avocado
- 1 Cup Flour Sifted (we used gluten-free King Arthur 1:1)
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Instant coffee/espresso
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 Cup chopped vegan chocolate
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 Cup coconut milk – full fat in can
- 1/4 Cup infused coconut oil – melted
How To
- Grease an 8inch pan – set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl mash avocado add oil and continue to mash until smooth.
- In same bowl, add sifted flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, and oil. Mix until combined.
- Using the MB silicon spatula, spread the mix into the pan (mix will be thick). Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Cool on a metal rack. Serve and enjoy!
