Ingredients
- ½ cup Magical Butter, softened
- ½ cup Butter, unsalted, softened
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Infused Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Mint Extract
- 2 Eggs, large
- 2¼ cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1½ cups Dark Chocolate Chips
- 2-3 drops Organic Blue Food Coloring
- 4-5 drops Organic Green Food Coloring
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, cream together the sugars and butters until smooth and fluffy.
- Add in the mint and the eggs one at a time and mix to combine.
- In a separate bowl mix together the flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix until well combined.
- Add in the mint extract and the food coloring until you get a nice rich green color.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop or form them into 1 tablespoon sized balls by hand and place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
- Transfer to a cooling rack and enjoy!
