Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Magical Oil
- 2 cups Cashews
- 2 cups Hot Water
- 8 Cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Capers
- 4 Whole Black Peppercorns
- One head of lettuce (your fave!)
Directions
- Wash lettuce and set aside to dry.
- In a separate bowl, combine cashews in hot water and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Once cashews have soaked for 30 minutes, combine all of the ingredients, including cashews and water, in the MagicalButter Machine.
- Run on 1 hour oil setting with no heat.
- Refrigerate for an hour before use. Then pour it onto your lettuce and enjoy!
