Weird looking strain

Does anyone know what kind of strain this is? the bag when i got it said it was c99 but this doesn't look like any c99 i ever smoked

well it looks like weed, but really looks like it was taken 2 weeks into flowering, like someone was growing it in their backyard an someone robbed them, then tried to sell it....cause no grower would sell that...donate it, maybe...and the bag said c99...hopefully a dispensary didnt sell u this as weed...

Its a hermy that someone pulled when they saw pollen sacks. They didnt want to risk cross breeding. The seed would have a tendancy to be hermy. Could be a breeder that doesnt want to risk cross contamination. Ive had male flowers pop up before and I just cut it out but i still end up with some seed. Its easy to mis one and they can pop in just a few hours. The early sack gets its pollen out first so it doesnt take long. There is a very limited widow where u can remove sacks before pollination occures.
