Droopy leaves

its the second day in the flower light cycle. when the lights go out they get super droopy...is this normal?

super droopy, no. A little droopy is normal with lights out.

i'm no expert but could it be over watering? mine were really droopy when i was over watering.

Pics would help us help you..
My hydro plant does this.. I love it these plants are amazing.
When she goes to sleep she does the same thing.
Leaves lay on each other, you would think she was in shock!
Sure enough in the AM her leaves return to their erect position
So until she shows other signs.
Don't sweat it...

so if the problem is over watering how long does it usually take for them to get back to normal ?

Usually a couple of days if it is over watering. You have to let the soil dry out some before giving them anything else.
