Bud hairs burning/turning brown

Okay. At a

bout 8 weeks (4 weeks into flower) the hairs on my White Widow plant are turning brown/burnt looking. Planning on going for 10-11 weeks tops. Wondering if this is normal. It seems to be on the tops of the buds only.
Using roots organic soil. Last transplant was a week before flowering.
Using water and organic unsulfered molasses.
400w grow light.

Usually a small amount browning starts happening at this period in bloom. I would be worried if more than 30-40% of the hairs are browning though.

Thanks guys. Just looked again today and noticed a shit ton of glitter growing on them. Few more weeks!!!
