Are these the pistils of a female cannabis plant?

I'd like to know if the tendrils shown in the picture are pistils or just shoots.

That's a tough picture, to gage, but what I see I'd say no. I forget what those are called, but pistols should be white at first.

That does not look like it to me, Mine are 2 white hairs my friend

Those are Stipules, watch a little further right in your picture where the stem (petioles) meets the stalk/branch (right above 420 Magazine logo), if it's female you will see little white hairs (pistils) emerge, that would be a female pre-flower...if it has little ball/nanner shapes forming, that would be male.
