Managed to control the Leaf Miners, but!

Well i seemed to have controlled the leaf miner problem with Neem oil, but they are developing a couple more problems recently

1. Leaves on one plant are curling over

2. Leaves on second plant are developing yellow tips

Any help would be appreciated thanks

PH = 7

PS could i have over fetilized them. If so i have just been watering them for last few days no ferts

Repotted them today in the hope it may help with the leaf curling into individual bigger pots
