New growth is yellow in the middle

All of the new shoots look like these photos, even near the base of the plant. They are yellow in the middle with green half way though to the tips. What should i do? They are ready for watering.

1000 watts water cooled in a 5*5 space , 32 inches to plant tops
Temp 82*-84* CO2 at 1500ppm
25% bloom nutes last two feedings
Under 12/12 for almost a week

Any help is appreciated.....thanks

Its just new growth its fine if whole leaves turn yellow there is a problem
