Hermie? Need your help Pleeeze

I noticed a few days ago these small ball like growths forming at the base of most of the pre flower pistols(?) on this plant and need help from some of the pro's here in assisting me in identifying whether or not this plant is a hermie. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I only ask because I don't see the same growths on my other two plants with pre flowers that look like this.
