I'm not new to growing but am new to hydroponics. I have a bud room with 5 plants on a 12/12 schedule growing in HP pro mix. Just cut some new clones last week and am putting together a veg room. I'm leaning towards the Active Aqua Grow Flow(ebb & flow) system but I'd like to use Pro mix instead of the little clay balls mainly so I can easily move them to the bud room where I have a drip system feeding from a reservoir and gravity feeding back into the reservoir. My goal is to have both rooms as automated as possible so I don't end up in "farm prison". The buckets will need to be lined to keep the grow media out of the hydro plumbing. Can anyone give me the benefit of their experience in this endeavor? Pros/cons? Feasibility? Pitfalls?
Any input would be greatly appreciated. If I set this up right I might be able to go fishing for a couple days next month....
