SENECA FALLS – Two Seneca Falls residents, including a child protective services worker, were accused of selling marijuana in their home while their children were home last week, Seneca County Sheriff's deputies said.
Deputies charged Jessera A. Horton, 25, and Brian J. Beck, 33, both of Seneca Falls, with fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana, two counts of first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana, deputies said.

Horton is a case worker for Seneca County Child Protective Services. Seneca County Department of Human Services Commissioner Charles Schillaci will decide any potential changes in Horton's work status.

Deputies said Horton and Beck allegedly sold marijuana in their home on Friday. The following day, deputies executed a search warrant and seized marijuana, a scale and other drug paraphernalia from the residence. Both Horton and Beck are scheduled to appear in court on July 1.
