Can Someone Reccomend A Indoor Grow Machine

I want to start growing for personal use. I cant grow outside because of my neighbors and it gets way to hot outside for the plants. I have heard that in-door hydroponics have come along way. I am not looking for something the size of a room as I have seen in some pics and I cant spend more than 1000 tops.. I just want something that can keep me in the green so I dont have to buy anymore. It has to be user friendly as I dont know jack about growing. Any reccomendation?

Check around on the internet for HPS lighting systems and hydroponic systems. Start from that.

Thanx man. HPS has some cool set ups. Good prices too. I'm hoping to find something that is more enclosed so I can control the smell as much as possible.
